FTZ Offshore Bonds : Practice and Enlightenment

In November 2021, Suzhou Industrial Park State-Owned Assets Holding Development Co. Ltd. issued a free trade zone (FTZ) offshore bond in Shanghai FTZ. This bond issuance included various innovative attempts, representing a move to implement national strategies such as Yangtze River Delta integration and RMB internationalization. It is suggested to explore the setup of a pricing venue for the issuance of FTZ offshore bonds within the FTZ in the future, so as to promote better development of FTZ offshore bonds
