Grundsätze der Entscheidungstheorien
Zielsetzung dieser Arbeit ist die Behandlung praxisbewehrter, systematischer und zielbewusster Vorgehensweisen zur Problemlösung und Entscheidungsfindung in der unternehmerischen Praxis.Die Entscheidungstheorie ist ein Zweig der angewandten Wahrscheinlichkeitstheorie, die Konsequenzen von Entscheidungen evaluiert. Im Prinzip kann die gesamte Betriebswirtschaft als Entscheidungstheorie aufgefasst werden, geht es doch hier praktisch immer um das Treffen der jeweils richtigen Entscheidung. Zentraler Bereich der Entscheidungstheorie und auch Kernpunkt dieser Arbeit ist die Entscheidungsfindung unter Unsicherheit.Darunter versteht man Entscheidungssituationen, bei denen verschiedene Ergebnisse in der Zukunft möglich sind. Natürlich sind die behandelnden Modelle theoretischer Natur. In realen Entscheidungssituationen werden häufig zu viele Informationen fehlen, als dass sich diese Modelle direkt anwenden ließen.Dennoch sind sie eine wertvolle und notwendige Hilfestellung, um die bestmögliche Entscheidung zu finden.
