Impact assessment support study on amendment of the Combined Transport Directive : final report

Ricardo, together with our partners Bart Wiegmans, M-Five, TEPR and TRT, were commissioned to deliver a support study to the impact assessment on a possible revision of Council Directive 92/106/EEC of 7 December 1992 on the establishment of common rules for certain types of combined transport of goods between Member States, the Combined Transport Directive (hereafter referred as "CTD"). This impact assessment support study aimed to provide an objective and evidence-based assessment of different policy options to promote the uptake of more intermodal/multimodal transport options.
