Impact of Implementing Business Intelligence in Enterprise Resource Planning for Educational Institutes
This article tells about internal and external implementation of business intelligence (BI) and their cases. It can play vital role for education institutions. Current educational institutions and modern universities have to foster their data and get any information or knowledge that can be utilized for better performance with real time Data. The use of business intelligence in Educational Institutes is highlighted and some criteria for analysis using business intelligence tools are presented. BI is IT-enabled tools based on simple to complex data analysis processes. BI can be used more effectively in the Educational institutes by customizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools as per institute structure. IT services tools like ERP, Data Warehouse (DWH) and Data Mining (DM) are pre-requisites of business intelligence. BI can use to migrate from manual process to the completely automated one
