Improvement of Self-Activated Luminescence Properties of Ca2kzn2(Vo4)3 Down-Conversion Materials by Ssr Method Based on Co-Doped Eu3+,Dy3+ Rare Earth Ions Concentrations

In this study, a self-activated co-doped Eu, Dy with Ca2KZn2(VO4)3 phosphors were synthesized by traditional solid state method. The powder X-Ray diffraction study produce single phase compounds of the verified structure and also shows that the whole structure of CKZVO phosphor is in cubic crystal structure with Ia3̅d space group. The scanning electron microscopy techniques was analysed by surface morphology. The FTIR spectrum shows characteristic bands, for bending vibration and asymmetric stretching vibration. In photoluminescence under the UV excitations the CKZVO phosphor display greenish blue PL emission due to the Vo4 transitions ions in host matrix. The CKZVO:Dy3+ phosphors of photoluminescence studies shows that it appears to be excited by 392 nm and obtained emission band monitored at 480 nm yellow and 573 nm blue color. Similarly CKZVO: Eu3+ phosphors shows a strong emission peak at 500 nm and 615 nm. On co-doping of dopant ions in the host matrixes revealed a strong blue, green, yellow and with a red emission. The chromaticity coordinates of the samples were in the near white region. All results demonstrated that CKZVO: Dy3+, Eu3+ phosphor might be a potential phosphor for NUV-based white light-emitting diodes
