Innovative Organizations In The Function Of Creating Competitive Advantages
The end of the XX and the beginnig of the XXI century is characterized by the scientifical-technological progress, which is escorted by constant and dynamical changes in the socio-economic processes. Adaptation of numerous and different changes, growing competition and constant improvement of the performances, is the basic condition for the existence and progress of each modern enterprise. New changes in regard of the demands of environment, stipulate the changes in the enterprises, too, first of all, through the necessity of the acquiring and implementation of new knowledge in all functionally organized areas. Business society is in the phase of management revolution which focuses significance of intelectual capital and its application in order to secure competitive advantages of the organizations today. Organized knowledge becomes critical factor which influences the innovation of the enterprise - its ability to create new, applying and usufel knowledge for trade. That is the reason way successful organizations are considered as innovative organizations which permanently invest in knowledge and education of their employees, and degree of investing in this area becomes one of the most important indicators of understanding of the basic business tendencies.
