Leadership is a process through which an individual influences other members of the group, with a view to achieving organizational or group goals.In this article aims to address the theme of inspirational leadership, innovation and entrepreneurship.The article is divided into three points: the first point deals with inspirational leadership; the second focuses on the relationship between inspirational leadership and innovation; and finally, the third point addresses the existing relationship between inspirational leadership and entrepreneurship.I concluded that the link between inspirational leadership, innovation and entrepreneurship is fundamental for organizational growth and development, because that way organizations will be better able to face the challenges of their environment, taking into account the competitive dynamics that they are subject to at national and international levels. resulting from globalization
