Integration of resource efficiency and waste management criteria in European product policies - second phase : application of the project's methods to three product groups (final); Report n° 2

The present applies and tests the developed methods for the assessment of some resource efficiency parameters (reusability/recyclability/recoverability-RRR, use of relevant resources, recycled content, use of hazardous substances, durability) on some representative and relevant case studies: imaging equipment (for recycled content); washing machines and LCD-TV (for RRR; use of relevant resources and use of hazardous substances) The case-studies applications are followed by the identification and assessment of some ecodesign requirements potentially relevant at the case-study product level and at the product group level.
