INTELLIGENT PRODUCTION SYSTEM IN THE PROCESSES OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE RAILWAY TRANSPORT

The author defines an intelligent production system of the railway transport, whose operation must be aimed at protecting interests in the sphere of intellectual property, introducing mechanisms of technology transfer, organizing intellectual property control that was gained from scientific and technical programs and projects of Ukrzaliznytsia. Viability of creating a Centre of technology transfer and commercialization within the management structure of Ukrzaliznytsia is justified. The main objective set by the authorities of the Railway Transport of Ukraine for the Centre should deal with technology accumulation and promotion in the sphere of the railway transport, innovative process monitoring in the field and providing consulting services as for technology transfer and commercialization. The following factors must become the key to success for the Centre: strong scientific, technological, resources and innovative potential of the railway transport; support from the Railway Transport authorities; concern of state authorities about the processes of innovative development of the railway transport; transparent and reasonable regulations of the activity of the Centre and experienced qualified specialists in technology transfer and commercialization.
