INTRODUCTION OF COMPETENCE-BASED APPROACH IN SYSTEM OF PREPARATION, THE ASSESSMENT AND SELECTION OF SHOTS OF RAILWAY TRANSPORT
In article the analysis of problems and prospects of development of personnel and social policy of railway transport is carried out; need and expediency of introduction of competence-based approach in system of preparation, an assessment and selection of shots is proved; the model of corporate competences, which corresponds to the principle of sociocultural identity and considers those competences, which will promote achievement of the main corporate objectives-values of the Ukrainian railroads is offered; results of approbation of the given technique of an assessment of competences on students graduates of Kharkov’s transport higher educational institutions are presented.
