In diesem Beitrag wird der Einfluss der Besteuerung auf Warteoptionen bei Realinvestitionenuntersucht. Es gelingt erstmals in einem optionspreistheoretischen Modellrahmenunter Einbeziehung von Veräußerungsgewinnbesteuerung Steuersätze herzuleiten, die dieEntscheidung über den Zeitpunkt der Investitionsdurchführung nicht beeinflussen. Aufdieser Grundlage wird ein Maß für die Investitionsbereitschaft bei Risikoaversion bestimmt.Es zeigt sich, dass eine Besteuerung von Veräußerungsgewinnen die Investitionsbereitschaftregelmäßig reduziert, während asymmetrische laufende Besteuerung vonGewinnen und Verlusten diesen Effekt zumindest zum Teil kompensiert...
