IT-Werkzeuge für das Management virtueller Unternehmen

Der vorgelegte Bericht bietet den an einem Virtuellen Unternehmen beteiligten Leistungsträgern einen Leitfaden, der ihnen bei der Identifikation und der Auswahl von kooperationsunterstützenden Informations- und Kommunikations-Systemen (IKS) wesentliche Anhaltspunkte liefert. Besondere Anforderungen bei Virtuellen Unternehmen, die Vorgehensweise bei Auswahl und Einführung der IT-Tools, Applikationsgruppen und spezielle Applikationen werden vorgestellt. Im zweiten Abschnitt werden die auf den Besonderheiten der Organisationsstruktur Virtueller Unternehmen basierenden spezifischen Anforderungen an die Informations- und Kommunikationssysteme herausgearbeitet. Der dritte Teil des Arbeitspapiers stellt eine mögliche Vorgehensweise bei der Auswahl und Integration geeigneter Software-Tools vor und gibt Hilfestellungen für die Durchführung einer projektbezogenen Kosten-Nutzen-Analyse. Die für die Zusammenarbeit im Virtuellen Unternehmen sinnvollen Applikationsgruppen werden übersichtsartig im Abschnitt 4 dargestellt. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt wird dabei auf Groupware- und Workflow-Anwendungen gelegt, die zur Gestaltung und Durchführung wesentlicher Koordinations-, Kommunikations- und Kooperationsprozesse eingesetzt werden. Abschließend wird eine Reihe von derzeit am deutschen Markt verfügbaren Systemen identifiziert und kurz beschrieben.
