Jack Welch on outsourcing, budgets and bigness : Keynote address at the 7th CFO summit

With Herbert Baum (CEO of The Dial Corporation) as moderator and Jack Welch (former CEO of General Electric) keen to take questions from the audience, this keynote speech was certainly informative and lively. In a typically open and forthright manner, Welch expressed his views on the importance of human resource managers (over CFOs!), the role of whistleblowers, why outsourcing is going to happen and the restrictive nature of budgets.
