Kreativnost i inovativnost kao pretpostavke poduzetnickog ponasanja

The concepts of creativity and innovation are essential in understanding and development of entrepreneurial behavior. Conceptualization of these phenomena in economic science has been relatively slow and with certain delaying in relation to conceptualization of entrepreneurial behavior. The mentioned concepts have a high level of interdependence, thus the purpose of this paper is accentuation of their interactivity and multi-dimensions. Development of entrepreneurial mentality in the Republic of Croatia has been often mentioned as salutary thin straw of exhausted economy, not taking into account the fact that the entrepreneurial mentality does not develop from vacuum, neither is its development unavoidable, even in the environments saturated with creative and innovative individuals. By the application of a systematic approach the mentioned phenomena treated integrally have been placed into broader socio-economic context, with desinations of possible motion of self-powerful spiral of creative-innovative-entrepreneurial behavior and social welfare.
