Lattice model of amphiphilic systems: A review
A microscopic theory of amphiphilic systems is reviewed. It takes the form of a simple lattice model of three components in which one has an amphiphilic interaction with the other two. Results for the phase diagram, the scattering behavior, and the interfacial properties of the system are in qualitative agreement with experiment.
