Learning as Space: Implications for Organisational Learning

Although the body of knowledge in relation to organisational learning is continuously growing, our understanding and interpretations of learning in business organisations continues to be confronted with several challenges. One such challenge, remains the way we seek to conceptualise learning and the conditions, which shape what, how, and why learning may or may not take place (Antonacopoulou, 2002).
