Long-Term Development Programs of State Owned Enterprises: Preliminary Results of Strategic Documents' Development Using Key Performance Indicators
This article reveals some of the specific features of long-term development programs of state owned enterprises that were developed according to the Russian Government decisions taken in January 30, 2014. Also the strategic long-term programs and key performance indicators were discussed and the main roles of the programs in corporate management and public administration systems were shown.
