The benefits of demographic divided by fastest growing economy (India) can be reaped only if it is supported by fully equipped and skilled human resource. There is gap in supply of quality human resource. Management education is oriented towards training the managers who can handle functional roles in the organizations catering needs of bottom level and middle level managers.The growth and development of management education was enormous but now it has lead to stagnancy and trend reversal.
