Management of large multi-profile gas-producing enterprise (On example of LLC «Gazprom Production Nadym»)
The modern state of gas industry in the North of the Tyumen region is characterized by significant depletion of the most part of the basic deposits, development of which started in the early 70s. In this regard, there is a tendency of decrease of annual volume of gas production in the region. To overcome this tendency necessary input into the development of new fields, as well as large-scale modernization and reconstruction of the existing gas fields, which is impossible without significant investment. In conditions of natural depletion of gas deposits, deterioration of mountain-geological characteristics, a significant depreciation of fixed assets and difficulties with attraction of investments for sustainable development of the natural gas industry is only possible with effective management based on the results of the economic analysis that takes into account specific features of functioning of the enterprise.
