Mangrove Resources Utilization in Nigeria : An Analysis of the Andoni Mangrove Resources Crisis
Much has been reported about the adverse effects of crude oil exploration as being an indispensable source of degradation in the environment of the Niger Delta Region in Nigeria. While the logical substance of such argument is not being contested, it is instructive to observe the existence of other sources whose roles could be considered equal, if not more sinister than the adverse effects of crude oil exploration. This study presents arguments to buttress the validity of the holistic approach in the analysis of the Niger Delta environment
