Marketing Strategies of Bakery Operators

This study aimed to determine the practice on the marketing strategies in bakery operation among bakery operators in the municipality of Ajuy and Sara in the year 2018. This study used the researcher-made questionnaire to gather the data. Mean, frequency count, and t-test were the statistical tools used. The study revealed that the practice on the marketing strategies in bakery operation among bakery operators was highly practiced. There was a significant difference in the practice on the marketing strategies in bakery operation among bakery operators. When the business operation is located more than 5 km away from the town more efforts should be exerted to increase sales and productivity. Therefore the suggested practice on operational marketing strategies in the bakery operation must be at least highly practiced to bring business in terms of bakery business into success. Extra effort on the part of those who operate away from the town is a necessity. Formulating the best project proposals for livelihood especially for the bakery operators must be given high priority. The agency as well must take action and consideration to the training program to enhance the operational practices of the bakery operation in the municipality of Ajuy and Sara to maintain the vigor healthy business operation
