Measuring the integrative relationship between fiscal policy tools and the economic dimension of the development index

Is the relationship (Usual Cointegration) or (Degenerate Cointegration), as pointed out by Besaran et al.(PSS) In their research in 2001, the standard results showed that there is a normal co-integration relationship when tracking the Prob column data for the dependent variable and the independent variables that they are significant at (1%) and (5%) in the short term, as well as the existence of a long-term integrative relationship for the two independent variables (GBE) (TAX) and have an effect on the dependent variable (GDPC). That is, the existence of a logical relationship through the morality of the independent parameters, as an increase in government spending by one unit will increase the average per capita share by (0.051856), which means it has a positive direct effect. As for the increase in taxes by one unit, the average per capita share will decrease by (- 0.324196), meaning that it has a negative effect, that is, there is an inverse relationship, and Both agree with economic logic
