Medicare Contractor Provider Satisfaction Survey (MCPSS) Public Report.

Each year, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services conducts a survey of Medicare fee-for-service providers and suppliers to measure satisfaction with contractor performance, as required by the Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement and Modernization Act of 2003. The MCPSS elicits information from all types of Medicare providers, such as hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, and laboratories, among others.
