Method of Market System Efficiency of the Enterprise : Calculation The Implicit Effect (in Russian)

In article the problem of systemic market efficiency of the enterprise is considered. It is offered to estimate systemic effect of the enterprise concerning market rate of efficiency. The systemic effect is treated as the specified size of the residual income. In the article The concept of the systemic effective enterprise is considered. The systemic effective enterprise is provides the best way of use of the capital and gets advantage in development. It is offered to distinguish the systemic effective utilisation of own capital and the systemic effective business. The method of maximisation of requirements to capital cost is considered at a substantiation of the barrier market interest rate. The example of calculation of the latent incomes and the latent losses from influence of systemic effect is shown. It is noticed, that systemic profitability reflects size of the latent incomes and losses.The author shows that traditional methods can deform a financial condition of the company. At positive value of balance sheet profit the company can have the latent losses of the capital which can imperceptibly accrue and lead to catastrophic processes. Method allows seeing the first signs of hidden incomes and losses, allows to diagnose in due time critical deviations and to prevent to crisis processes. Method can be applied to the organization of incentive pay plans of work of managers. The Indicator "Systemic market effect" shows the residual income more precisely, than EVA and more precisely determine growth of present market value of the company. Method can be applied to a valuation of a lost profit, a valuation of intangible assets, a business value assessment.Systemic profitability characterises change of cost of the capital (the evaluation of business)
