Migration, Asylum, and Internal Displacement in Times of Armed Conflicts : The Legal Framework and the Crisis Current Situation

This Paper discusses the issues of forced migration, asylum, and internal displacement in the context of armed conflicts, and investigates the relationship between the humanitarian crisis resulting from them and armed conflicts, especially in light of the fact that the issues of refugees and internally displaced persons have been among the key challenges that the international community faces today due to the unprecedented increase in the numbers of these groups and the dangers to which they are exposed.
