Model of estimation of innovation maturity of organization in the system of entrepreneur motivation

The article considers basic principles used for development of entrepreneur Top-management motivation system. Measurement procedure of innovation maturity of business is used as a fundamental component in the system. Authors give practical recommendation for adaptation of this system.
