Moving forward on the implementation of national missions : mutual learning exercise on EU missions implementation at national level : final report

The final report on EU missions implementation on national level presents key concepts, emergent practices, and insights drawn through an action learning journey with 16 participating countries in this Mutual Learning Exercise. The report summarises expert knowledge, contextualised experience and results from peer learning on four topics: multi-level governance, mission portfolios, funding and instrument synergies, and citizen engagement. Leveraging discussion of concepts and practical cases, as well as reflections from contextualised mini-experiments, the report highlights key insights and lessons drawn from the learning journey.
