Moving On Training program

The Managing for Success Workshop series is essentially, a training program resulting in a "fast-tracking" of significantly improved relations with re-sellers. It may be reasonably expected that this will transpose to improved "bottom-line" performance. Whilst there are obvious short term benefits, this is a strategic initiative that will see sustainable improvements in the medium and longer term. This Program is a cost effective alternative for customer (re-seller) business development, made even more attractive due to government subsidies available for the purpose of providing training to small business. Upon completion of the training program, the process allows merchants to become more involved in the planning of an individual's business development program, and will allow better targeting of the marketing / advertising dollar. Merchants are enabled with greater customer loyalty, and improved sales through better individual store business management and marketing /joint marketing initiatives.
