of the said tracts of land is now vested absolute and in fee simple in James B. Heyward of the said County and State and that he the said James B Heyward is ready and willing to join with the said the other parties in interest in among a sale of same at fair and reasonable prices. 6. That the said tracts of land consist of wooded and pineland and are unavailable as a source of profit and in their present condition are rather an expense than a benefit. That it is desirable that the several undivided interests be divided, but that the same can not be effected by partition save at great expense and labor. That under such circumstances it is manifest that a sale of the land would be advantageous both for the purpose of pulling the property of the trust estate in a remunerative condition and of enabling the parties in interest to effect a distribution of their undivided estates. 7.
