Patentable Invention as the Legal Object in the Light of Systems Thinking Big (Whole) Picture in Patent Laws

The present article is in principle the continuation of my one 'Legal Definition of the Term 'Invention' as the Primary Substance of the Patent Law' of April 6, 2012 (see SSRN eLibrary), which comprises inter alia my constructive proposal to take into use in patenting the inventions the systematic and idea-centered model of legal thought as the real world paradigm (RWP). First this paradigm makes available to understand very clearly, why we need the legal definition of the term 'invention' for the 'vital functions' of the Patent Law. The mentioned proposal for use the RWP basis on my circa 25 years periodic watch of developments of the leading patent systems. In order to explain and understand better RWP itself, legal definitions of the terms 'invention' and 'patentable invention' as well as the conception under the title of present article 'Patentable Invention as the Legal Object in the Light of Systems Thinking Big (whole) Picture in Patent Laws' I have presented in this article to view some synonymous and easy understandable systematic models of system thinking. In conclusion of the article I have summarized and specified the advantages from putting to use the real world paradigm (RWP), i.e. systematic and idea-centered model of legal thought in patenting the inventions, in litigation cases and concurrently in harmonization of international patent systems along with patent laws.
