Loop Customer Management, which has been transformed from a public‐sector utility company to a private‐sector customer‐relationship management (CRM) organization, was recently named one of the best places to work in the UK. Loop, based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, was listed by The Sunday Times newspaper as one of the country’s “top 100 great places to work”. The Financial Times recognized it as one of the UK’s “top 50 best workplaces”. Loop is also the first ever non‐public‐sector organization to be awarded the Charter Mark for service excellence.
