The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a way to reach a consensus and implement control as to how to develop one organization that follows its strategy. There is an excessive number of key coefficients in business and public sector. The difference is in focusing on a deliberately chosen set of criteria – very few to be observed – and on using them to achieve and share a common view of the organization`s strategy for its future development.
