Principles of Linear Programming

In dealing with a great number of planning, economic and production issues there arises the problem of choosing the most rational or, as it is conventionally called, the optimum solution. This means that of all the solutions that might be accepted under the given circumstances, the one which permits the achievement of the set task in the best possible manner must be selected.
