Problems in the Methodology and Practice of Planned Price Formation
Under the reform, the role of prices as a very important economic lever and as a category on which the new principles of cost accounting and economic incentives are based has risen, and correspondingly higher demands are made on price formation - one of the important sectors of economic management: "Prices are a powerful lever of economic management in the hands of the socialist government, and we must make skillful and effective use of this lever." (1)
