Project View of an Organization : Possible New Valuation Techniques, Organizational Structure and Improvements in Project Risk Measurement

This paper offers significant improvements to project risk measurement by offering a simple to use formula and calculation method instead of the usually used unnecessarily complex and unhandy project risk matrices. Also, the article offers significant improvements to the valuation of enterprises as a collection of projects. The approach to valuation offers to determine the NPV of each project separately to their start date and then calculates the NPV or current value of the company by discounting the separate project NPVs to the current date
