QUANTITATIVE METHODS IN RESEARCH PROJECTS ASSESSMENT

In this paper it proposed an indicators system for scientific research performance ex-post evaluation based on results indicators. This approach ensures the integration of indicators system in policy and strategy R&D and Innovation. The paper is based on case study developed for Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies.
