Regularizing-numerical-continuation method for solving the resistivities of the earth
In this paper, Tikhonov's regularization method and the numerical continuation method are combined into a stable and widely convergent numerical method for determining the resistivities of the earth in the mathematical model of electrical log. Numerical simulations are earried out to test the feasibility and to study the general characteristics of the method without the real measurement data. The computation results show that the method is feasible and efficient.
