RESEARCH NOTES - Elitist and Ensemble Strategies for Cascade Generalization - This article reviews methods proposed for cascading other classification algorithms with decision tree learners and presents an empirical evaluation using 32 data sets in the UCI machine learning repository to test some of these strategies.
