Research on Evaluation Mechanisms of Preparation Quality and Wear State of Tc4-Based Self-Lubricating Composite
The evaluation of the preparation quality and wear state of TC4-based self-lubricating composite (TSLC) is complicated for a long time, and it is also difficult to judge quickly. Therefore, it is highly necessary to efficiently and accurately evaluate the preparation quality and wear state of TSLC. Not only the preparation quality of TSLC, but also its wear state can be evaluated using Lamb wave characteristic parameters (physical quantities incorporated into the state changes of the material microstructure). The results show that the Lamb wave characteristic parameter is proportional to the volume fraction of precipitates on the surface of TSLC. Taking the Lamb wave characteristic parameter corresponding to TSLC with qualified preparation quality as the reference characteristic parameter, the rapid evaluation of TSLC with qualified or unqualified preparation quality can be realized. In addition, the wear state evaluation of TSLC based on Lamb wave characteristic parameter shows that the precipitate volume on the friction surface and the microcracks formed by internal stress concentration are the main factors that cause Lamb wave characteristic parameter to change
