Selected Aspects of Flexibility

Changes are currently often discussed phenomenon, changes in technology and technology policy changes, demographic changes, globalization, climate change and many others. The changes are affecting society, from an economic point of view all organizations and not least the individual. This article focused these three aspects - companies, organizations and individuals, related them to the flexibility - reaction to changes, flexicurity, a relatively new approach balanced the need to change with some security. Attention is paid to the societal changes, changes in organizations, types of organizational flexibility and knowledge management. From the perspective of an individual is mentioned mobility, communication and work-life balance.
