SELECTION, PERFORMANCE AND AUDIT IN THE HUMAN RELATIONS MANAGEMENT IN THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION
The contents of this paper builds on the used methodology based on the consultancy studies made at several organisms and authorities of the Public Administration, which have been realized on the general framework of nationally financed projects or from direct contracts with entities from this field. Also, certain ideas from the Romanian and international literature have been put into value. The contributions of this article are situated mainly in the area of arguments regarding to the alignment of the Romanian Public Administration to the Public Administration of the EU-members, to the growth of performance and professionalism as well as to the original sustenance of selection processes and audit which are specific to this field.
