Self-Acceptance in Forming Sexual Assault Victims with Online Guidance

Purpose – The purpose of this research is to find out how the process of establishing Self-Acceptance for child clients in cases of sexual violence online and to find out who has a role in the implementation of online guidance on child clients in cases of sexual violence in the formation of Self-Acceptance.Method – This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The use of this method is based on the consideration of the possibility that the data and information obtained in the field are in the form of factual data and need to be analyzed in depth so that interviews are needed to broaden the understanding and information needed by the author. Then the qualitative method will be more aimed at obtaining an in-depth picture of the data and information, especially with the participation of researchers directly in the field. In this qualitative study, the main instrument is the researcher because it collects data that can be directly connected to the instrument or object of the research.Result - The results showed that the process of establishing Self-Acceptance in Child Clients in Cases of Sexual Violence with online guidance, and those who played a role in the implementation of online guidance on child clients in cases of sexual violence in the formation of self-acceptance could still provide guidance by good.Implication – This research can be used to provide a mentoring model for correctional clients during the COVID-19 pandemic in establishing self-acceptance.Originality – This research is research on how community guidance efforts to carry out online guidance during the COVID-19 pandemic are able to form self-acceptance in child clients in cases of sexual violence
