In the semester following the Doha Ministerial, WTO Members were able to set up the essential elements of the Work Program decided by Ministers at Doha (November 2001), including the negotiations mandated in the declaration.Abstract: Lo anterior permitió que iniciaran negociaciones en diversas áreas (reglas, indicaciones geográficas de vinos y bebidas espirituosas, relación entre acuerdos ambientales multilaterales y la OMC, solución de diferencias). En otras áreas-agricultura y servicios-las negociaciones iniciaron poco tiempo después de Seattle y continúan hasta la fecha. Sin embargo, el tema de agricultura tiene una norma reforzada.
