SHORT CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING THE SYSTEM OF LAW FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF GENERAL SYSTEMS THEORY

This papers tackles the issue of analysis of social normative systems using the instruments provided by the general systems theory. Using these methods, the system of law is analysed and described. Also, the article contains comparisons between the system of law and other social normative systems.
