Stable Two-Sided Matching Model of Multi-Skilled Workers and Operation Units in the Hybrid Rotating Seru Production System

In this paper, a stable matching method is proposed to solve the many-to-one two-sided matching problem of multi-skilled workers and operation units (i.e., rotating serus or assembly line processes) in the hybrid rotating seru production system (HRSPS). Firstly, the problem of many-to-one two-sided matching of multi-skilled workers and operation units in the HRSPS is described, meanwhile the definitions related to the stable two-sided matching of multi-skilled workers and operation units in the HRSPS are proposed. Then the preference degree calculation methods are proposed according to the preference information of multi-skilled workers and operation units. Moreover, the calculation method of the working time variance of the skilled workers in the same rotating seru, and the calculation method of unit time output deviation between rotating serus and assembly line are proposed according to the standard processing time of each process and the skill level of multi-skilled workers. Further a multi-objective optimization model is constructed to obtain stable two-sided matching of multi-skilled workers and operation units in the HRSPS. Finally, an improved multi-objective particle swarm optimization (IMOPSO) algorithm is proposed to solve the model better, and several numerical experiments are given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method in this paper
