State of knowledge ability of the czech consumers contributing to the possibility of a full exercise of their rights on the market

The article addresses the present situation in the consumer protection. It analyzes the measure of exercise of consumer rights by particular consumers. To a quality and successful exercise contribute a quality awareness, learning and education of consumers, who make a part of the Conception of Consumer Policy.
