Study of slow surface wave by analog computor

The existence and nature of slow surface waves in a compressible plasma-dielectric interface is studied by analog computor. Use of the analog computor to solve such a boundary value problem, though unconventional, indicates the speed and usefulness of an analog computor to analyse the qualitative nature of a physical phenomena. The technique used is a « scanningmethod in which multiple sweeping signals are used suitably to represent parameters of interest.
