Talking and writing our way out of a crisis : Stories can be a management tool to offer perspective and propose a way forward

Purpose – This article aims to review the latest management developments across the globe and pinpoint practical implications from cutting‐edge research and case studies. Design/methodology/approach – The briefing is prepared by an independent writer who adds their own impartial comments and places the articles in context. Findings – Many people coming across the term organizational storytelling will say: “Isn't that what we've always done?” Ultimately, Kopp et al.
