The Effect of Learning Facilities, Learning Motivation, and Learning Discipline on Learning Achievement (Case Study on UNJ Office Administration Students)

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the influence of learning facilities, learning motivation, and learning discipline on student achievement in Office Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The type of research used is quantitative method with descriptive analysis. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire method with a Likert scale of one to five. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression which consists of validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, T test, F test, and the coefficient of determination whose calculations are carried out using IBM SPSS version 24 application. Based on the regression calculations, the results obtained are Y = 6.945 + 0.098 X1 + 0.150 X2 + 0.161 X3. Then the results obtained are concluded, namely: 1) Learning facilities have a significant effect on learning achievement with a t count value of 2.117 > t table 1.97838 and a significance value of 0.036 < 0.05; 2) learning motivation has a significant effect on learning achievement with a t-count value of 2.292 > t-table 1.97838 and a significance value of 0.014 <0.05; 3) Learning discipline has a significant effect on learning achievement with a t value of 2.860 > t table 1.978971 with a significance value of 0.005 <0.05; 4) Learning facilities, learning motivation, and learning discipline have a simultaneous effect on learning achievement of 14.9% with a calculated F value of 7.332 > F Table 2.68 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05
