The Effect of COVID-19 Spread on Egyptian Consumer Behavior
This paper attempts to investigate the effect of COVID-19 spread on Egyptian consumer behavior. This was applied during the period from March 15, 2020 to July 15, 2020. A questionnaire-based survey was performed to collect data from (384) person (127 males and 257 females), from different Governorates. The results indicate that the consumer behavior is affected by the spread of the corona virus. The results also indicate that: There are no statistically significant differences between mean responses of the research sample about the effect of the spread of the Corona virus on consumer behavior attributable to (gender, Place of residence and age), and There are statistically significant differences between mean responses of the research sample about the effect of the spread of the Coronavirus on consumer behavior attributable to (Marital status, qualification, Affiliation and Region)
